Parrott cat says arrrrrrr

Sooooo update. Not much to report. Net and tv got cut off so i paid the bill. Going home on friday night. Work is lame and the boy i fancy has a gf...possibly. I dunno i saw him walking close to a girl that works there and just assumed. I think he is probably freaked out by the fact im always looking at him tbh...im a freak when i fancy some one :P Cat has taken to being very very cute recently. A lot of siiting on my shoulder and curling up on my chest when im relaxing on the sofa.

Decided to start saving money now, i need to get to the bank and start opening accounts and standing orders and the like.

Yes im growing up.

listening to the radio reminds me of songs...

I'm stuck at home because the rest of you are at a party. So along with consoling myself watching QI i found some songs what i like.

Ive been writing this all day in my head...

So work. Apparently as i'm a "keyer" i have to sit with the socially inept. Honestly they are all really nice but fucking weird. One is Christian who LOVES bridge like seriously LOVES bridge. And calls everyone fish. And informed me that she doesnt beleive in sex before marriage. Nice. Then there is the BIG viking that works there who plays WOW and used to live in scotland or something. He is lovely but looks like a dwarf...except huge. There is a boy that sits next to Christian who may be ok or not i haven't sussed him out yet.

I also sit next to the other new person who is a 47year old lesbian who doesnt seem to have ever held down a proper job beofre because she is an actress. However she laughs at my jokes so i like her.

One of the girls that has moved to keying (who was a caller) told me that the callers don't mix with the keyers..."you know...because" i looked around, she raised an eyebrow and all was revealed. We are uncool. We are the freaks and weirdos that can't function in a social setting. Shit. I want to make friends with the cool kids (yes i feel like i have regressed into my school days) and this girl said she would introduce me and apparently they will like me because i'm normal. Thank fuck.

Apart from the realisation i have taken a job as a social pariah it's not too bad, i have a mini radio which has saved my life, i was stifling giggles earlier listening to jimmy carr but i am finding i am coming home a bit tetchy and irrated, like someone is plucking out my head hair one by one. And i feel a bit sick, but il assume its being in a stuffy dirty office.

Anyway i must go, i have food coming...

Charlie has AIDS

Well she actually has self diagnosed strep throat, and the only thing that can combat this is mighty mighty penicillin. However i am not registered with a GP (yes yes i know i'm a freaking idiot) so i have to wait untill Monday before i can sign up and then hope to hell that they can get me an appt asap.

I don't feel too unwell at the moment, but have been feeling really really rough the last few days. I can't swallow, i have a really dicky tummy (lucky housemates) vivid nightmares (actually that was due to the tramadol i had off dan, i have learnt my lesson) a really dry mouth when im sleeping, coughing up pus, headaches, tiredness. The list goes on really.

So the illness coupled with the losing of ones job is not making me a happy lady. I applied for JSA (offically a dirty scrounger now) and i have to call them on monday. I also applied for a job back at PGL but only as a receptionsit. However this isn't an option i fancy taking up due to my room still being here. It would mean moving out properly and it's just not something i can cope with right now. But as no one in Bristol sees fit to hire me i'm scrabbling for solutions. Answers on a postcard please.

For my warhammer friends

I know youl actually all read it here, enjoy;

The Internet Makes You Stupid

Wargammer Miniatures

New to the Warhammer 40,000 experience? Intimidated by the high cost of miniatures and the hours it takes to assemble and paint even the smallest of armies before you can begin playing the game? Let Wargammer Miniatures help! Our expertly crafted, fully-painted miniatures are excellent substitutes for legitmate Games Workshop products - at a fraction of the price! For instance, why would you pay $22 for this official Necron Tomb Spyder:

When you could have this identical Wargammer Miniatures replica for $21?

Have a look at our newest inventory, and feel free to e-mail us at wargammer@whitehouse.gov with inquiries about upcoming products or injuries sustained while unpacking deliveries.

Space Marine Captain

This incredible sculpture is so life-like that one glance upon its features will be enough to leave your friends speechless!

Perfectly captures that thrilling moment in battle when your captain urges his troops onward with a bellowing "OHHH GOD I'M BUUURRNING!"

Imperial Gas Station Attendant

Our most realistic female figure to date - complete with oversized squeegee that's ideal for wiping alien gibs from the grills of Baneblades and Leman Russ Battle Tanks.

Includes undersized bicycle helmet for some improved aerodynamic performance, but not too much.

Ork Warlord

A savage brute with an unyielding thirst for violence, Mommy's lipstick, and vestibular balance disorders. Keyboard sold separately. Actual human teeth included mandatorily.

Necron Igloo

Where do the mysterious, nigh-immortal Necrons rest after they have flayed the skin from the bones of their enemies with ancient gauss cannons? Why, in these festive Necron igloos, of course!

Made with the finest holiday wrapping paper available. Only deployable on vaguely uncomfortable futons.

Space Marine Dreadnought

Show pride in your army with this pro-painted Dreadnought! Includes some incredible symbology. For instance, that tiny skull and wings design on the miniature's left leg.

Chaos Space Marine

The forces of chaos threaten to tear humanity apart, and this corrupted soldier is at the forefront of the attack! A battlefield of baby powder landmines and trick gum aren't enough to slow this Chaos Space Marine down.

Impaled Geniuses

Genius comes with a price. For many, that price is an inability to fit t-shirts over their heads and onto their freakish bodies.

Heads made from genuine pig genitalia. Please keep away from dogs and cold water.

Dayglo Marine

Fighting for the early 1990's... in the 41st century! Complete with spare slap-bracelets and congealed mashed potato base.

Stealth Tau Battlesuit

The technologically advanced Tau have uncovered the perfect way to hide the movements of their devastating Battlesuit units... with giant plastic decoys!

Tyranid Transport

Move your Tyranid units across the warzone in style with this unique, completely hand-crafted unit that's guaranteed to take second prize in any alien beauty pageant.

Made out of 100% gold. The box this miniature comes in, that is. The figure is mostly plutonium.

Space Marine

Just an ordinary space marine. Nothing out of the ordinary. Bolster your forces with dozens of these miniatures to give army a human face!

Special thanks to forum goons 7thBattalion, Broken Loose, Doctor Zero, Ein Windir, Fyrbrand, iSnowman, and The Finn for risking their sanity to dig up these pictures and no thanks at all to the Warhammer thread for convincing me to take up the terrible addiction that is this hobby.

Catch up

The net has been down for a bit as the fanstical Mr Dozer managed to unplug the nets before he left for his GFs over the weekend. I also like to press buttons so all in all the laptop just say as a draft excluder over the open fireplace for a few days.

Had an interview for a phamarcy assistant at Southmead and didnt get it which was rather frustrating. Especially as they had sent off for references. But never mind. I have completed stage two of operation work at Direct line as a case handler and now it's up to the company whether theyre brave enough to employ the likes of me.

Mikes gf and her friend came down to look at the houses i picked out for them and signed up for one in Redland. I really like Mikes gf so i am happy shes moving down. As Mr Ben forget to mention, the cat was begging for scraps and subsequently had a lump of garlic bread thrown at her head. I think our guests were rather shocked but the cat was fine and was sat under the table begging for bacon (and getting it ha ha) within minutes.

I have had a fringe cut in and once i have found batteries (read stolen from a forgotten remote) i will post pictures. It's very Kate Nash but apparently i can carry it off because "it reminds me of the Ting Tings but i don't want to smash your face in". Thanks Noodles.

Thats all i have to say right now, i swear my life is getting more and more boring. Ah well.

Peace out.

Resolutions

I am of the same opinion as Marianne where making resolutions is pretty much setting yourself up for a fall. So instead i am going to list some aim and desires for 2009 which may or may not happen but i hope they work out.

1. Lose weight, ive been saying this for ages but it's something i would really like to do properly this year. I would love to go back to a dess size 12, i need a set of scales so i can stay focused and to find excercise videos on youtube (the cheapest gym near to me is a £60 down payment then £30 a month! Fuck that)

2. Find a new place to live. As of the 22nd of May i am finally realised from this stupid house and all the pain and mental anguish it has caused me. The hassle and stress of flat hunting is ahead of me but its got to be better then living here sourrounded by selfish, theiving, disrespectful cunts.

3. Find a new job. This is actually going ok, i have two interviews next week so fingers crossed for me. New job means i can get on and do things i want to.

4. Go on holiday. I asked Ben if he wants to go on holiday and he said yes so perhaps a trip to Cornwall or Devon to get pissed in a different postcode. Not sure abotu the ins and outs yet, obviously the depositi on the house comes first but i would be very happy to take a week off and go somewhere nice.

5. Surround myself with good people. Ive been surrounded by assholes for too long now, its high time i start spending time with people that i don't despise and who aren't out to ruin me. The last two years has bought a few of these people in and not many of them have left. It's time to shake off the shit and get on with a better life!

Well it's all a bit wishywashy, but i think the more vauge it is, the more likely i am to succeed. Possibly.

Peace out.
